Strategic Agility and Resilience: Wargaming Workshop

In an increasingly fast-changing VUCA environment, strategic resilience and agility are key factors for survival. However, these skills can only be acquired through practice.

Our strategic wargaming workshop puts teams of participants in a highly dynamic and complex business simulation-based case study where they must understand the business context and adapt their strategy and redesign business processes to optimize their business model. Through a cyclical trial- and error approach paired with debrief and reflection, participants will gain in hours what otherwise would take years of professional training and experience.
