At a time when the „new way of work“, „life-long-learning“ and the „learning organization“ are increasingly becoming strategic guiding principles in organizations, the question of the „HOW“ arises more than ever. - Which learning strategy is the right one for my organization and it’s strategic objectives? - How can I not only embed learning in the organization but make it part of the DNA? - How and where can i start to meet the need of my learners? - How can I connect learning and development with strategy setting and implementation? - And how can I measure and proactively drive all of the above? With our workshop-event „Experience Learning“ we will adress these questions and more together.
