Business Process Redesign

This hands-on business simulation-based program will allow participants to understand, practice and master the key concepts of process analysis and design principles and methodologies. The simulation elements will give tangible and measurable feedback on the effectiveness of the tools and methodologies chosen in the case study as well as allow to measure the mastery of their application.

Participants will be assigned in teams to analyze and diagnose a business situation of a simulated company and apply a choice of methodologies and tools. The winning criteria will be to successfully manage the journey from process control  to improvement and reengineering.
